You may Directly approach to the Jurisdictional Commissioner or Write to CBIC - GST along with concrete proofs and evidences. Revenue Department may also provide reward to you.

Information to be supplied to the department must be true. In case information proved incorrect/false/untrue, the department can take action against the informer. So be careful.

I endorse the cautious advice of the experts. Factual details as regards to evasion of tax should be verifiable with incontrovertible evidence. It should not be out frustration and anger.
