M KARUPPIAH

Kindly provide any template for Grounds of appeal & statement of facts for filing GST appeal apart from Annexure template available in GST portal

GST Appeal: Importance of Custom Grounds of Appeal Over Templates; Guidance Offered for Commissioner or Tribunal Filings. An individual sought a template for the Grounds of Appeal and Statement of Facts for filing a Goods and Services Tax (GST) appeal, beyond what is available on the GST portal. One respondent advised against using a template, emphasizing the importance of addressing the specific controversial contents of the order. Another respondent inquired whether the appeal was to be filed with the Commissioner (Appeals) or the GST Tribunal, offering to provide additional information beyond the standard template available on the Common Portal System. Dear

It all depends upon the controversial contents of the order. It's not advisable to copy template.
