Dear friends,

Now I am in USA. I am having one insolvency case and one winding up case In the first case I have to issue public announcement within 7 days of the admission order. It is expected to be issued soon. Since I am returning to India only on 12.09.2024 I am confused whether I can issue public announcement from here itself. Likewise in the winding up issue I have to issue public announcement. Whether there is any procedure in this regard. If so, let me know please.
