KNOW WHICH ITR SHOULD FILE

YUGAL VERMA

Respected Sir,
My client earn tution fee from home tution about Rs. 20,000 and Interest on saving bank as well as Internet from FDR about Rs. 10,000

I want to know which ITR should I filed.

Clarification on ITR Filing: Below Exemption Limit, File NIL Return Only if Previously Filed, Otherwise No Return Needed. A user inquired about which Income Tax Return (ITR) form to file for a client earning Rs. 20,000 from home tuition and Rs. 10,000 from interest. One respondent suggested filing ITR-1. Another questioned the necessity of filing since the income is below the basic exemption limit, asking if any other criteria apply. The first respondent clarified that if a return has been filed previously, a NIL return should be submitted; otherwise, no return is required if income is below the threshold. (AI Summary)
