KNOW WHICH ITR SHOULD FILE

YUGAL VERMA

Respected Sir,
My client earn tution fee from home tution about Rs. 20,000 and Interest on saving bank as well as Internet from FDR about Rs. 10,000

I want to know which ITR should I filed.

Income tax return type: ITR 1 advised; filing depends on whether total income exceeds the basic exemption limit. A taxpayer with home tuition receipts and bank/FDR interest was advised to use ITR 1; filing depends on whether total income exceeds the basic exemption limit, with no return required if below that limit and a nil return appropriate if a return has already been filed. Is he required to file returns, since his income is below basic exemption limit? does he meet any other criteria requiring the filing of returns?

If he already filed income tax return then he has to file NIL return.  If the income is below the threshold limit no return is required to be filed please.
