Wrong document submitted in response to SCN

Wrong document submission can be rectified by filing the correct document before personal hearing and requesting return.
Where an incorrect document was filed in response to a show-cause notice due to human error, the correct document should be submitted to the Adjudicating Authority before the personal hearing with a covering letter and a request for return of the wrongly filed document; practitioners also recommend meeting the concerned officer to explain the mistake. (AI Summary)

Hi Folks,

Whether wrong document submitted in response to the SCN can be condoned considering a procedural lapse? P.S.- A incorporation certificate of a wrong entity was mistakenly filed instead of another entity.

Please let me know
