Deepak Bubna

Hello everyone,

Wish to know if goods/services rendered to State run disaster management organisation during and after pandemic are subject to GST.

Regards,

GST Applicability on Goods and Services for State-Owned Disaster Management Entity During Pandemic Under Scrutiny A discussion on whether goods and services provided to a state-owned disaster management entity during and after a pandemic are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). Respondents indicate that GST applicability depends on specific exemptions and require more details about the goods or services and the recipient. The original poster clarifies that the supplier is a private limited company providing goods and services to a government-owned disaster management entity but cannot share specific details due to confidentiality concerns. Existence of specific exemption will entail no GST.

Require further details of what goods/services supplied and specifically to whom supplied.

Agreed. Pls provide what services/goods are provided and who is the exact service recipient?

Deepak Bubna on Jun 11, 2024

Dealer is a Private Limited Company and has supplied goods and has rendered services to State Govt owned entity formed exclusively for disaster management. Specifics cannot be shared for sharing such details violates client-consultant relationship.
