There is a change in trustee, in a trust registered under Section 12A. What documents we need to make for the same. Do we need to make any amendment deed or any supplementary deed or just a resolution with regards to the same. Please guide in this respect.

If it comes under the Bombay Public trust Act, then you have to submit a change report form intimating the above said changes with 100rs court fee stamp and other requisite documents and wait for hearing and order.
