There is a change in trustee, in a trust registered under Section 12A. What documents we need to make for the same. Do we need to make any amendment deed or any supplementary deed or just a resolution with regards to the same. Please guide in this respect.

If it comes under the Bombay Public trust Act, then you have to submit a change report form intimating the above said changes with 100rs court fee stamp and other requisite documents and wait for hearing and order. Read the act for more detail. For Income tax I hope changing the name in itr forms in the list of trustees is enough.
