Digitally signed invoices permitted; recipients may claim input tax credit under GST regardless of supplier turnover.
Digitally signed invoices are permissible under GST irrespective of the supplier's turnover; there is no statutory turnover threshold restricting issuance. Recipients receiving valid digitally signed tax invoices may claim Input Tax Credit subject to the usual documentary and compliance conditions. (AI Summary)

XYZ is a service provider having turnover of approx. ₹ 25 lacs. Can he issue digitally signed invoice and based on that can the receiver of the service claim ITC?
