Income tax department website- my account

DEVKUMAR KOTHARI

When we log into my account, we get a message about last log in, if there is any.

My query is as follows:

Whether we can know :

a. various dates of login in past

b. and activity carried out on each past log in -

in a sense, logbook of log in and working in my account.

Another question is how can we ascertain date of any notice or letter or order placed on website by the department.

Learned and experienced readers are requested to provide information if they have and also let us brain storm on these issues.

These practical aspects are important in administration of tax matters for clients for all type of tax and also in case of online filing, online notices, letters orders etc. under various other enactments.

Inquiry on Viewing Past Login Activities and Notice Dates on Income Tax Department's Website Remains Unresolved An individual inquired on a discussion forum about the functionality of the income tax department's website, specifically regarding the ability to view past login dates and activities, as well as how to determine the date of notices or orders posted by the department. The individual emphasized the importance of these features for managing tax matters and online filings. A respondent acknowledged the significance of the query, stating that it is currently not possible to view past login dates and activities, and promised to address the second question at a later time.
