Dear Experts,
Good Evening!
If the company's turnover is exceeding ₹ 500 Crore Rupees can generate E-Invoices on the next day or later after issuing regular tax Invoices to customers.
Kindly let us know how many days grace period now granted for issuing E-Invoice after 1st November 2020.
Thanks & Reagrds: G VENUGOPAL
E invoice compliance requires IRN and QR code for B2B invoices, with no general post transition grace period. From 1 November mandatory e invoicing requires IRN and QR code for B2B tax invoices; invoices without IRN/QR are treated as invalid. A transitional concession permitted submission within 30 days for invoices dated between 1 and 31 October only; that relaxation did not extend beyond 1 November. IRN generation must occur before issuing an e way bill or before supplying the invoice copy to the customer. Limited practical relaxation may apply to services but no general post 1 November grace period is available. (AI Summary)
