Refund Application for Software Services Export Stalls Due to Misassignment; Urged to Contact Nodal Officer for Resolution A refund application was filed for a client exporting software development services from Uttarakhand under LUT. The application was mistakenly assigned to the Joint Commissioner in Arunachal Pradesh, and despite numerous notifications and emails to the Uttarakhand Assessing Officer, no action has been taken for over a year and a half. Respondents advised contacting the nodal officer of the jurisdictional commissioner of CGST & Central Excise and suggested visiting the jurisdictional Commissioner with all relevant documents to resolve the issue, noting a possible technical issue with the Common Portal System.
