At present, builder is charging VAT on below components

POWER BACKUP AMOUNT

CLUB MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT

CAR PARKING(OPEN) AMOUNT

EEC/FFC AMOUNT

EDC AMOUNT

LAND COST (%) AMOUNT

Service tax applicable on EDC amount or not
