clearance of goods from bonded warehouse through Custom Notification No. 50/2017-customs dated 30.06.2017

The Council issue a certificate against the Custom Notification No. 50/2017-customs dated 30.06.2017 to its member exporters to get the import cleared duty free as per the notification.

We seek clarification whether the goods procured by the member exporter from Public Bonded warehouse can be exempted duty free import under the provision of above custom notification.
