It would occure via User Services -> Furnish your letter of Undertaking -> upload old LUT -> hit tick , tick , tick, ✓✓✓, enter two witness & bang it's done. Download

Login your account - go to user services, click my applications select application type, ( LUT ) followed by click on new application. Start filing the application form.

Sometime the option is visible in the portal. What I have is just logged off and again logged in. The option was visible. It happens sometime.
