SUBMISSION OF ITC04

SURYAKANT MITHBAVKAR

Is there any date declare to submission of ITC 04 for Oct-17 to Dec-17.

ITC-04 filing deadline: quarterly returns must be filed in the month following the quarter, though notification gaps noted. Submission of ITC-04 is treated as a quarterly filing that must be furnished on or before the twenty-fifth day of the month succeeding the quarter, with the Oct-Dec quarter cited as due in the succeeding January; the discussion also records a view that the due date for that specific quarter was not formally notified, reflecting notification uncertainty. Hi Suryakant

ITC-04 is a quarterly form.

It must be furnished on or before 25th day of the month succeeding the quarter.

For example, for Oct-Dec quarter, the due date is 25th Jan.
