Third party export

SHUBHAM AGARWAL

Dear Sir

I exported pershiable goods to Dubai

In which i use some other exporter factory stuffing permission documents for container stuffing

So in that i will be the third party exporter

So i want to know that under meis scheme i have to claim incentive so i am able to claim that incentive.

Or the payment come to my A/C in USD so the brc is issued from my name or first exporter name.

Kindly guide me in this issue.

Thanking you

Shubham Agarwal

Merchant Exporters Eligible for MEIS Incentives; BRC Issued in Their Name for Perishable Goods Export A participant in a discussion forum inquired about claiming incentives under the MEIS scheme as a third-party exporter. They exported perishable goods using another exporter's factory documents and sought clarification on whether the Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) would be issued in their name or the manufacturer's. Respondents clarified that as a merchant exporter, the inquirer is eligible for MEIS incentives, and the BRC will be issued in their name since the export invoice is under their name. It was emphasized that this situation qualifies as 'Merchant Export,' not third-party export. (AI Summary)
