User Seeks Guidance on Rectifying Mistaken Input Tax Credit in GSTR-3B; Awaiting Amendments for Correction A user mistakenly posted eligible input tax credit as ineligible in their GSTR-3B return and seeks guidance on rectifying this error. Responses suggest waiting for amendments to GSTR-3B, as no current provision allows correction. Contributors agree that filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-2 correctly will eventually resolve the issue, but delays are expected. The user has contacted the GST helpdesk and learned that the error will be offset after filing subsequent returns, though this may take several months. The user also inquires about the differences between GSTR-3B and GSTR-3, noting the absence of a GSTR-3 link on the portal. (AI Summary)
