update shipping bill number in GSTR1

Sir

We filed GSTR1 for the month of July 2017 on due date. At that the shipping bill details

for entire invoices were not available and return filed without Shipping Bills details. Now

we have shipping bills details of rest of the invoices pertaining to July 2017. Now how should

we update these details in GSTR1 for July 2017.

Shipping bill update: amend GSTR1 in the period details become available, before claiming related refunds. Enter shipping bill particulars in the GSTR 1 amendment table for the tax period when the shipping bill information becomes available, and ensure such amendments are made before claiming any refund related to the invoices for which the shipping bills pertain. Dear Sir ,

You can file shipping bill details in amendment table No. 9 in the tax period in which details are available but before claiming any refund related to those invoices pertaining to July 2017
