DEAR SH SANJAY MALHOTRA

Refer to you post for refund of terminal excise duty under epcg scheme.

Their is a need of

  • Excise Duty Payment certificate from Office of Central Excise Supdt of Supplier.

is this above obligation is mentioned in any notification or any procedure hand book? our department is asking to show this obligation in written manner in any procedural hand book.

Pls help.
