We have deposited GST thru SBI on 24.08.16. Even after 24 hrs, the payment status in Challan history shows "awaiting Bank Confirmation". As a result, we have not been able to file the GSTR 3B. We called GST helpline and were advised to get the Payment Certificate from the Bank and mail to GST. Our bank has issued the certificate showing successful remittance. The certificate has been mailed to [email protected]; & [email protected]. Now what is the remedy, pl suggest. Thanks.
