quaery in ER-1 For the month of March-2017 regarding Finished Mfg.Stock

dear experts,

we have filed ER-1 of March-17 in 08/04/2017 , but we came to know that it's Manufacturing Quantity (Finished Mfg. Stock) was wrong mentioned due to system error, our RG-1 report & other stock report were wrong because the system error and stock was reflected less than the actual stock , then now can i revised it's return (ER-1) of Mar-17 now ?

also i have to revise ER-1 for the month of April-17 ...

or can we submit a letter to central excise ?

hence kindly advise what is the right way? how can i rectify mistake in ER-1 ?

You cannot revise ER-1 return for March, 17 now. It was to be revised by 30.4.17. ER-1 return for April, 17 can be revised by 31.5.17. Regarding ER-1 return, you will have to approach your Range Officer. He will guide for further remedy.
