TDS not filed by Employer

ram prasad

Hi,

My Ex-Employer has deducted tax for FY2012-13, FY2013-14 and FY2014-15 from my salary but is not paying TDS to IT Dept. I have been following up, but I have lost hope that they will pay and give me Form16s.

What are my options, What all can I do now?

Thanks

Former Employer Deducted Taxes but Didn't Remit TDS; Individual Seeks Action for Missing Form 16s. An individual reported that their former employer deducted taxes from their salary for fiscal years 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15 but failed to remit the TDS to the Income Tax Department. Despite repeated follow-ups, the individual has not received the necessary Form 16s and is seeking advice on available options. A respondent suggested filing a complaint with the jurisdictional Income Tax Authorities, providing documentary evidence like pay slips showing the TDS deductions. The individual acknowledged the advice. (AI Summary)
