Genrating of Sales Invoice in Different unit

We are having two different manufacturing unit in same state. Since we have registered in Central Excise in different jurisdiction we have using different serial number for issuing sale invoice.

After implementation of GST Act, can we continue to do so or we have to keep common invoice under one GST number.

You can continue with the current system. However, it is advisable to have a single running serial number of invoice for both the units as both are within the same state and have the same registration number.
