i filled er1 2nd dec 2016 for the month of nov16

and dated 14 dec 2016 i revised for the month of nov16

and also i revised final er1 dated same date14 dec 2016

so please advice penalty pay or not ?

Penalty not payable. Revised return filed within stipulated period.

Penalty cannot be levied. Why because there is no limit in number of revisions bu the revised return has to be filed before the end of the month in which the Original return is filed.

Vide D.O.F.No.334/8/2016-TRU New Delhi, the 29th February, 2016, the facility for revision of return, is extended to manufacturer also.

No penalty as opined by Sri Kasturi Sir.
