Is factory stuffing permission for SEZ unit not required. Please provide me any documentary evidence to satisfy my management.

According to my view, permission for stuffing is required in SEZ, you can approach good CHA to get it done.

My view is that factory stuffing permission not required for SEZ cargo since

customs clearance of shipping bill / cargo examination / sealing of container are being done at

SEZ by customs officers posted there for this purpose.

SEZ cargo can directly go to Port for loading on vessel.
