I want to know about the Late Filing fee of Financial Statement with Registrar of Companies when the filing is delayed by less than one month.

If delay in filing of Annual return is less than the 30 days then the late fees is equal to 2 times the normal fees payable for filing the Annual return based on the authorized capital of the company.
