Sale from SEZ to DTA

Invoicing currency: SEZ suppliers can bill in Indian currency subject to SEZ-specific conditions, DTA buyer not affected.
An SEZ unit supplying services to a DTA recipient may invoice in Indian currency instead of a foreign currency, provided the SEZ unit complies with the conditions and procedures that apply to it; those SEZ-specific requirements govern the supplier and do not impose additional obligations on the DTA buyer. (AI Summary)

We have outsourced accounts payable work to service provider who is based in SEZ unit .

Should they invoice to us (DTA) in Rupees or USD ?
