ER-I OR ER-II after received Final Exit Order

Dear sir ,

Good Morning .

We received final Exit order from SEEPZ , Mumbai on 11^th July 2016 .

We have already applied for amendment of Central Excise registration from Excise on 20^th July 2016 .

Kindly advise us, we can file ER-II for the period of 1to 11^th July 2016 and from 12 to 31^st july 2016 ER-I

OR

For only ER-I for the period of July 2016 .

Kindly advise us .

You have to file both the returns but in remarks column kindly mention the period.

Thanks sir for reply .

But we received already amendment registraton copy from EOU to DTA on 21st July 2016 , so we can not file ER-II online . We can file only ER-I online .

In such case what to do ??

If online return is not possible then file a manual return with the department explaining the reason. If any other option is available they themselves will inform.

In my view one online return disclosing SEEPZ transaction and a manual return for the same month showing DTA details shall have to be filed. This need to be intimated to Department. Thanks.
