Filing of annual return with ROC

Dear experts,

one of my client so far not filed their annual return with roc for the financial year 2013-14. When we check with the mca21 there is no form for 23aca, 23ac and 20b. When we try with new forms which replaced by the govt. while typing financial year 2013-2014 not accepting. It's shows that wef 1.04.2014. Can anyone help in this regards.
