Exporting Software then how to get Shipping Bill

SOFTEX declaration required for software exports; submit certified forms for valuation and to enable bank processing.
For electronically delivered software exports, exporters must submit a SOFTEX declaration in quadruplicate to the designated official at notified export centres within 30 days of the invoice for valuation and certification; designated officials certify SOFTEX forms, and upon realisation the authorised dealer furnishes the duplicate GR/SDF/PP or SOFTEX form to the Reserve Bank. A Foreign Exchange Remittance Certificate plus invoice serves as basic proof for banks, while a CA certificate may be provided to assist banking processing; a Shipping Bill is required where export incentives are to be claimed. (AI Summary)

I am a Merchant Exporter exporting various goods now I have a purchase order of Antivirus Software. I have purchased the same sending the keys via e-mail as software can be downloaded online. Now I have following queries-

How to generate proof of export?

How to get Shipping Bill? (as it will be required in closing the BRC with bank.)

What is the right way to export it?

Invoice amount is ₹ 1,40,000/-

Please reply soon. Thanks in advance.

The exporter should submit declaration in Form SOFTEX in quadruplicate in respect of export of computer software and audio / video / television software to the designated official concerned of the Government of India at STPI / EPZ /FTZ /SEZ for valuation / certification not later than 30 days from the date of invoice / the date of last invoice raised in a month, as indicated above. The designated officials may also certify the SOFTEX Forms of EOUs, which are registered with them.

The invoices raised on overseas clients will be subject to valuation of export declared on SOFTEX form by the designated official concerned of the Government of India.

On realisation of the export proceeds, the authorised dealer shall, after due certification, submit the duplicate of the GR/SDF, PP or as the case may be, SOFTEX form to the nearest office of the Reserve Bank.

Apart from this you can provide CA certificate to bank.
