Mentioning of exemepted product in ER-1

As regarding above subject, as u know sir I asked in my previous query about chine clay which is exempted from excise according to the reply of the query in which I am guided well now the query is that relating 2 it is do we have to mention the production & sales details in the ER-1 of exempted product or not.Please reply

You must mention the production, Clearance and value of exempted goods in ER-1 return. It is as per CE law and always in the interest of the assessee/manufacturer..
