Filing Belated Income Tax Return (ITR-1) for 2013-2014 Possible Despite Missed Deadline and No Tax Liability An individual inquired about filing an Income Tax Return (ITR-1) for the fiscal year 2013-2014, after having filed nil returns from 2008-2013. The deadline for filing the return had passed, but the individual expressed a desire to continue filing. Another participant advised that it is possible to file a belated return, despite the absence of any tax liability for the year in question. (AI Summary)
