Registration of importers licence in manufacturing licenced premises

Dear Experts,

Can an excise registered premises have an importers excise licence in the same premises ? The manufacturers four plots which are under the same compound is registered under manufacturing licence. Can the fourth premises have manufacturing licence in the ground floor and importers licence in the first floor ?

I already have user id and password for manufacturing licence in aces. If i want to get registered for the fourth premise (first floor) registered as importer, should i go for as new registrants in the aces web site?
