Bank Realization certificate

E BRC requirement: authorised banks must upload BRCs for FTP benefits; exporters should seek bank upload or FIRC.
E BRC visibility on the DGFT portal requires the authorised dealer bank to update and transmit Bank Realization Certificates after payment realisation; exporters must provide accurate inputs (Shipping Bill, IEC, IFSC) with correct case and no extraneous spaces. Only banks can load BRCs, so exporters should approach their bank for past period BRCs or FIRC if uploads are delayed, and contact the DGFT helpdesk for persistent portal input issues. (AI Summary)

Hello

i need bank realization certificates for the period from JAn 2013 to Dec 2015

i have checked the DGFT website & filled the necessary inputs (IEC number & IFSC code)

form those details it showed me the transactions made in f.y.2015-16 only.(only 14 transactions displayed)

whereas its mentioned that 1000 records can be displayed.

if we want to see BRC for a particular shipping bill, given the necessary details but its showing invalid input details.

please advise.

1. At the outset I would like state that website are case sensitive I.e. any space entered while copying the details from excel into the box of the website could give an error as invalid input. Primarily by feeding Shipping Bill No., IEC, IFSC of the Bank wherein payment has been realised the site should give the certificate. you may recheck it once again accordingly.

Try again to get BRC as per the guidelines advised by Sh.Ganeshan Kalyani, Sir. If the problem still exists, contact help desk of DGFT site.

Dear Rudrayani,

E-BRC is updated by Bank when you receive payments against Exports and accordingly apprise Bankers to Square off against Shipping bill.

Until and unless banks update BRC online and transmits to dgft, the same will not be reflected at dgft site. Do take up with your bank for the needful. In case delay happens, you may take up with bankers for issuance of FIRC.

e-BRC is mandatory for claiming FTP benefits.
