1.

Sir,

Since you would have filed the required documents at the time of registering for the first time, in my opinion no further documents need be filed by you when you add a new service to your registration certificate.

2.

Form ST-1 has to be amended to include the new service.

This has to be done online through www.aces.gov.in

After electronically submitting the form, hard copy of ST-1 should be Signed and submitted to the Jurisdictional Superintendent with in 15 days of uploading the data.

As told by Rajagopalan Sir no new document is required to filed. Addition of new service is enough which is to be entered online.

4. Unless you submit St-1 hard copy duly signed along with a covering letter mentioning about the amendment you have made to the jurisdictional department the officer will not approve the changes made by you. A certificate so generated after approval of the officer will only be valid and previous one will stand cancell.
