CONSIGMENT THRU EPCG SCHEME

HEMAL PANCHAL

Dear Sir,

We have the consignment to be dispatch under EPCG Scheme.

Please let me know the procedure work to carried out in relating to this scheme of EPCG, like documents required for issuing Invalidation Letter. We are the engineering unit should we have to go RCMC.

Whether we have to charge the Excise Duty in our Sales Invoice, if yes the customer provide us the Invalidation letter to us.

Who has to claim the refund for Excise Duty ?

Please give your expert reply for the above.

Regards,

Hemal Panchal
