We have a client dealing in excisable and imported goods ( spare parts of paper industry) .
My query: while preparing tax audit we have to shown their cenvat detail in form 3cd or not., since a dealer passed all the duty what he get from manufacture or paid at the time of import.
Reply it sir, with some evidence so that i can show to my principal.
