Advance Authorisation eligibility where exports are effected under ARE form and product is covered by SION or ad hoc norms.
Whether an exporter may obtain an Advance Authorisation when exports are carried out under an ARE export declaration, where the product is covered by SION and alternatively whether ad hoc input norms may be relied upon for eligibility and procedural compliance. (AI Summary)

We want to know whether an exporter seeks Advance Authorisation scheme when his exports are made under ARE-2.

His product is covered under Sion; he can also go for Adhoc norms basis.
