DTA sale duty structure of an 100% EOU

raj nadh

Dear Experts,

We are manufacturer of PARTS AND ACCESSORIES OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES (100% EOU). We have DTA sale permission. Now my query is as per the budget 2015-16, what is the new duty structure for a 100% EOU to clear the goods in DTA. Please give me the reply as soon as possible.

Thanking you

DTA sale duty structure for EOU requires clarification on calculation when crossing the permitted threshold. Clarification sought on the DTA sale duty structure applicable to a 100% EOU with DTA sale permission under Budget 2015 16, and on the method to compute DTA sale obligations when the unit exceeds the permitted threshold for DTA sales.
