Anyone please explain regarding the Advance License procedure for Import as well as benefits for Importer from the same scheme.

Advance License procedure defines import entitlement and compliance framework under export promotion rules and DGFT procedures. Advance License procedure grants import entitlement for inputs against export obligations and prescribes the compliance, documentation, application, endorsement, and post issuance verification mechanisms under the Foreign Trade Policy and the Handbook of Procedure-Volume I, with regional DGFT offices providing case specific guidance.
