In one case we misplaced the Original and dublcate ARE-1 endorsed by custom and in shipping bill no mentioned that ARE-1 no reference.

so now in the submission of proof of export to excise is it compulsory to provide the Original and dublicate copy of ARE-1 along with other documents or any other solution for submission of proof of export ???

Pl suggest me what should I do ?

Merchant Exporters Can Submit Proof of Export Without ARE-1 if Exported Within Six Months Using Alternative Documents A merchant exporter inquired about submitting proof of export to excise authorities after misplacing the original and duplicate ARE-1 forms endorsed by customs, with no ARE-1 reference in the shipping bill. One response suggested checking a relevant court judgment, while another advised that if goods are exported within six months, proof of export can be submitted without ARE-1. Alternative documents such as the shipping bill, bill of lading, mate receipt, and bank realization certificate can be accepted. Additionally, a certified copy of ARE-1 might be obtainable from the excise range officer's records. (AI Summary)
