SUBMISSION OF FORM FC-GPR

MEENAKSHI GOYAL

Hi,, Can anybody tell me whether Form FC-GPR has been filed manually or online?????

Filing Form FC-GPR: Manual for Part A, Email Excel for Part B by July 31, Per FDI Policy 2014. A user inquired about the filing process for Form FC-GPR, questioning whether it should be done manually or online. One respondent stated that, according to the FDI policy 2014, the form should be filed manually. Another participant confirmed this view. Additional guidance was provided, specifying that Part A must be filed manually with the Authorised Dealer, while Part B should be submitted in Excel format annually before July 31st via email to the Reserve Bank of India. Relevant circulars from 2011 and 2012 were referenced for further details. (AI Summary)
