Outstanding demand notice u/s 1431a and notice u/s 245

Hi,

I had submitted my filing for AY 2014-15 last month by online filing. I have got a notice u/s 245 email from IT dept saying the refund will be adjusted with outstanding demand from AY 2010-11. I had never got this demand notice in last 4years.

I had only salary income in AY2010-11 and TDS through my employer.I have got filing attested for that financial year and not outstanding balance as per that. I am outside country for next two months and cannot contact the AO. Can you please suggest what i can do?

Hi,

Even i also got the same notice for the year of 2011-12, but i don't have communication refer number to raise the rectification request.

mostly this notice is raised due to IT returns not filled through ITRV portal.

any one suggestion here please.
