Dear Virendra,

Please deposit C.E. Duty immediately along with interest at applicable rate. Provide intimation to the Central Excise Department and mention it in the July month's return. That's it.

Yes, pay it immediately else pay up the remaining duty amount and interest along with the return for the month of July 2014, which is due in August, 2014.
