With respect to annual filing of E-Forms to ROC is there any change in type of E-Forms to be filed with ROC.

Annual filing changes require new electronic e-forms for company annual returns to be uploaded under the revised company rules. The new Company Rules require companies to use newly prescribed electronic e-forms for annual filings, replacing prior forms and imposing an updated electronic upload process for statutory filing obligations.
