E1 form amount

E1 form valuation excludes tax-declare the sale price exclusive of tax as the form value under CST principles.
Statutory forms such as the E1 form are issued without inclusion of the tax amount; the form value must reflect the taxable base or sale price exclusive of tax, applying the sale price concept under the central sales tax framework to determine proper valuation on statutory documentation. (AI Summary)

A - me B - buyer C - consignee

cost - 10 rs

tax - 2%

my question is what value of e1 form will be issued by me?

with cst or without cst as per sales tax act?

(10 or 10+2%)?
