Respected Sir,

                     As regarding above subject, One of my clients is a manufacturer of the goods falling under cetsh no.85389000, as u know that the interim budget announced dated 17-02-14 , the rate of duty on cetsh no.85389000 was reduced from 12 percent 2 10 percent till 30-06-14 but recently  I read in the papers that FM has extended the relief of reduction till 31-12-2014 , then the question arises that from 01-07-2014 my client has to charge 10 percent or not.Please reply.
