LAXMIKANT ARORA

What is the revised fees for incorporation of a pvt ltd company having authorised capital of Rs. 30L , 50L AND 100L

Company incorporation fees revised: base charge plus graded additional fees by capital bands, subject to an overall fee cap. Revised incorporation charges impose a base registration fee for companies up to an initial nominal capital threshold and a structured graduated additional fee regime for higher capital, applied in uniform per unit rates across successive capital bands; the total additional fees payable are subject to a statutory cap so that the summed banded charges plus the base fee determine the incorporation fee, not exceeding the prescribed maximum.
