Dear Sir/Madam,

Please give me advice about process of new registration in service tax of proprietorship. Perhaps i have already ST-1 with attested of proprietor, copy of PAN of Proprietor,Rent Agreement,cancelation of check,bank statement all document deposited within prescribed period .But the mail me that ST-1,submission fail.

better to contact them over phone or in person or thru your staff.

office to office some system change is there. normally required are:

pan copy, bank statement, lease agreement along with original tax

pass book for verification, original pan card for verification, 

if you want certificate by hand then authorization in your favour,

proof of work order if opting for works contract service etc.,,
