Refunds of Service Tax

Dear 

our Client have Deposited Extra Service Tax in the March 2014 , Calculated on Provisional Basis 

now they want to take Refunds of that Amount .

Can we Take, if Yes, then what is the Procedure for Getting Refunds 

Please Give us Reply as Soon as Possible .
